Pcd diamond

Polycrystalline diamond inserts and cutting tools are rapidly replacing Carbide cutting tools in many non-ferrous machining applications. When properly applied, polycrystalline diamond cutting tools are extremely cost effective. As with any cutting tool material, care must be taken to insure that the correct polycrystalline diamond material is selected, and machining conditions are within recommended guidelines.

PCD tools provide improved cycle times and more parts per shift by enabling high material removal rates. PCD allows faster speeds and feeds compared to any other conventional cutting tool material

Resin bond tools

Resin bonded diamond and CBN tools are used for grinding carbides, glass, ceramics, ferrites and other hard and abrasive materials. The bond type, grit size and concentration are chosen to make sure that highest level of performance is delivered according to the application.

Diamond Lapping Paste

Diamond Lapping paste are manufactured from mixing of fine diamond powder in a liquid or oil base which is used for cutting action and longer operation life. To maintain a constant viscosity over a wide temperature range these are specially formulated. These properties make the paste an efficient tool in the very high precision industries where finish and cleanliness are utmost important.

Diamond Internal Grinding Pin

We manufacture Diamond Internal grinding wheels that are used for metal removal, dimensioning and finishing. They consist of an integral shank, pin, shaft, or mandrel that drives a mounted wheel or blades.

Diamond Slitting Saw

Electroplated Diamond Saw are advised for brake linings, asbestos, fiber and reinforced plastic, hard plastics, carbon etc. Metal bond saws are suitable for sawing and slitting tungsten carbide, ceramics, quartz, glass etc. Diamond slitting Wheels from 30mm to 400mm dia can be supplied with different locking arrangement, with or without segment. Thin slitting Saw are normally recommended for reducing wastage of costly material. Burr relieving strips ensures smooth surface finish of the cutting surface. Grit size will be chosen depending on the nature and thickness of the cutting material.

Diamond Slitting Wheels

Our small diamond grinding wheels have been designed for clock and watch repair. They will sharpen our carbide gravers and shape most hard materials. With our 8mm arbor you can use them on your watchmakers lathe too.
